I cut this frame as close to the front as I could and I cut my other frame as far back as I could and was able to get the length I needed. The roof skin was in good shape so I saved it. It will come off before I put the cab on it.
The back of the cab was cut and I trimmed the areas needed for the fit.
Notice no insulation in the walls of the shop.
